The format of the course requires that students actively participate throughout the duration of the course without missing any class time.This course does not require any prerequisites.
This course cannot be used as a prerequisite for any advanced CMMI training course.

Foundations of Capability is a 2-day introductory course in which attendees will use a set of learning objectives and “real world” exercises to gain an understanding of the CMMI model and the business value that it provides. At the conclusion of this course, the attendee will be prepared to pass the CMMI Associate exam and to take one or both of the Building Excellence courses. This course is conducted virtually via Zoom and all attendees must have audio and video capability for the duration of the class.
