CMMI V2.0’s benchmark appraisal method has improved our confidence in the results and lowered the overall lifecycle cost of our appraisals. In addition, using the sustainment appraisal approach with brief mid-cycle evaluations has increased our focus on both process implementation and improvement.
We are very proud that Siemens as a thought leader contributed to the CMMI V2.0. Topics such as Agile, Lean, Security, and Performance Management are essential for our business. We are welcoming very much that these are now strengthened in the new CMMI.
