RSA Consulting is a Singapore & India based process improvement consulting company formed by industry professionals in 2006 with background in process advisory, process definition, process training and process appraisals.

From its year of incorporation, RSA Consulting is a CMMI Institute Partner for providing CMMI based Appraisal and Training Services.

RSA's founding directors have extensive experience in performing appraisals & in advisory engagements provided to varied clients including those in IT, IT Services, Software Development, Internal IT Captives, Outsourcing Organizations, Product Development and Non IT companies.
