In this class participants will be offered a comprehensive introduction to the CMMI model and will be able to learn how to use the model as a toolbox that offers appropriate tools to choose from, so as to effectively assess, improve, and sustain process capability and performance in a variety of contexts. In addition, this class is also one of the pre-requisites for those who want to participate and prepare for an appraisal as a team member in all of the eight CMMI domains.
