In this 2-day class, participants will learn to connect the CMMI model with business value and understand the critical capabilities required to meet their objectives.  Participants will be able to learn how to use CMMI as a toolbox that offers appropriate tools for improving performance.  Also, in this class participants will learn the high value of CMMI appraisals.
