In this introductory course participants will learn how to use the model’s components in order to meet their business objectives and build, assess, improve, and sustain their capabilities in diversified contexts. 
The class will also prepare them to take the CMMI Practitioner Exam, one of the prerequisites for participation in CMMI appraisals.
