We’re offering three classes across one powerful week. You can take them as standalone sessions or bundle them together for the full experience:

• Foundations of Capability – August 19 & 20 (Required for all new participants)

• Building Development Excellence – August 21 (Choose this and/or Service Excellence)

• Building Service Excellence – August 22 (Choose this and/or Development Excellence)

New to CMMI? You’ll need to start with Foundations of Capability and at least one Building Excellence course to qualify as a CMMI V3.0 Associate. You can take either or both Building Excellence classes to tailor the learning to your goals.

How do I register?

How do I access the class?
You’ll receive a Zoom GOV link from your instructor before the course. A laptop or tablet with a camera, microphone, and stable internet connection is required.

When will I get the materials?
You’ll gain access to the CMMI model viewer 24–48 hours before class begins. Additional class materials (PDFs and Word docs) will be emailed in advance.

Is camera use required?
Yes—CMMI Institute guidelines require both camera and mic to be active during training. If that’s not possible, let us know beforehand.

Can I earn PDUs?
Absolutely. Project Managers can earn up to 8 PDUs per day. Your certification will serve as proof if you’re audited.

What’s the refund policy?
Cancellations made within seven days of the class are non-refundable.

Are discounts available?
Yes—early bird discounts apply if you register 30 days in advance.
