The CMMI Mentorship Program connects members of the global CMMI community to learn, share knowledge, and grow professionally through meaningful mentor-mentee relationships. Whether you are new to CMMI or an experienced professional, we welcome your participation.

How It Works:

1. Complete the application and share your experience, interests, and goals.
2. ISACA/CMMI will match mentors and mentees based on compatibility and program requirements.
3. Both participants receive a match notification with contact information.
4. The mentor initiates the first conversation, and together the pair establishes goals, expectations, and a meeting cadence.

Program Requirements:

Participants must meet the eligibility requirements for either mentors or mentees and be in good standing with ISACA. Detailed requirements are available in the Mentorship Program Requirements document.

Professional Conduct:

All participants must adhere to the CMMI Code of Professional Conduct. ISACA reserves the right to deny participation or end a mentoring relationship if program requirements or conduct expectations are not met. Either participant may end the relationship at any time.
