Making the transition from v1.3 to v2.0 was not a straight forward task. There are many nuances in v2.0 that require thoughtful integration as you build your organizational processes. The approach to maturity levels was totally different, the v1.3 practices at maturity level 4 and 5 were integrated into practices at all maturity levels, and the measurement program took on a whole new focus. This presentation will cover: •How we used DAR to decide between retrofitting v2.0 content into our v1.3 practices or recreating our practices from scratch •The implementation approach we used to design and write our processes •Updates to our supporting process assets •Lessons learned
