Rajarshi Kumar Das is a Six Sigma Black Belt and Certified High Maturity Lead Appraiser. He specializes in the setting up of measurement programs for software organizations.
Rajarshi has worked in the IT industry since 1987 both in India and overseas, initially as a software developer and software project manager, and subsequently as a trainer, facilitator and appraiser for software process improvement. Since 1997 he has worked with CMM/CMMI based models with clients in India, Bangladesh, China, Egypt, Germany, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Nepal, Singapore, South Korea, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Thailand, The Netherlands and Ukraine. Rajarshi has led close to 50 high maturity appraisals till date. He has also led the first CMMI V2.0 Benchmark Appraisal in the world.
Rajarshi holds a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi and a Masters degree in Business Administration from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
