About

With over 30 years in the IT industry, Mr. Schwartz’s expertise includes systems analysis, software development, testing, service delivery, business development, project management, quality assurance, and process improvement. He is currently the Director of the Office of Process Excellence (OPE) at MAXIMUS Federal Services (MFS). The OPE manages its organizational measurement program and maintains and improve its organizational processes which integrate CMMI-DEV, CMMI-SVC, ISO 20000, ISO 9001, and ISO 27001. It also provides quality oversight to the company’s projects. MFS is a provider of solution development and business process outsourcing services to federal and state agencies.
