Lieutenant Colonel Louis Duncan is Materiel Leader and Chief, F-22 Modernization Branch, F-22 Division, Fighters and Bombers Directorate, Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. He is responsible for a portfolio of all F-22 modernization programs including Increment 3.2B, Update 6, Link 16 Transmit, Open Mission Systems, Mode 5 Combat Identification, Sensor Enhancements, as well as multiple special projects supporting F-22 air superiority. Previously he was the F-35 Production and Sustainment Follow-on Development Airworthiness Lead for F-35 partner nations.
