Devender Malhotra is currently working as Vice President & Global Head – Quality & Enterprise Risk Management for Wipro and driving Quality, NextGen Delivery, Knowledge Management, Business Excellence Initiatives and Enterprise Risk Management. He is a Business Transformation leader and Strategic Advisor to CXOs, and also a board member of National Accreditation Board for Certification Bodies (NABCB). He has immense knowledge and experience in various frameworks including Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, CMMi, TMMi, ITIL, ISO and industry specific certifications to define and implement delivery excellence strategy. Developed an environment of continuous improvement, innovation, compliance and best practices across various business units. Driven Customer experience/ reference-ability, cost optimization, Delivery Risk, NextGen Delivery model, efficiency improvement and quality management to achieve organization’s goals. Having 24+ years of experience, he is a renowned speaker at India and Global level forums. He has won various awards like Best Paper Award from Asian Network for Quality, Most Talented Quality Professional Award, and Top Operations Excellence Deployment Leader of the Year. He has played Assessment Team Member (ATM) role for high maturity CMMI assessments for large scale organization and recently led the CMMI Dev 2.0 maturity assessment for Wipro.
