Gone are the days of paper processes; they now live in SP repositories or interactive websites. And what about artifacts needed to show an auditor/appraiser? You may hyperlink to some electronic records or even go old school and print a few things to prove that a process is performed. But that is not effective nor efficient in the era of Agile & DevOps, where work is encapsulated within automated test tools or collaborative development tools such as Rationale CLM.
