Erkan Okur is an Industrial Engineer, specially focused on Enterprise Softwares, PLM (Product Lifecycle Management), and ALM (Application Lifecycle Management). Since 2007, he has been involved in diverse Enterprise Software Development / Implementation projects performed in different companies and has expertise in related subjects: Process Analysis, Process Management, Requirements Analysis and Management, Quality-Reliability Management, Technical Documentation, Software Process Improvement, and CMMI. He has worked for

Conference Track: Achieving Capability in Regulated and Government Environments
In the defense industry, it is becoming more and more important to manage the Projects according to process maturity models (CMMI V1.3, ISO15504, etc.) and quality certifications (ISO 9001, AS 9100, etc.) requirements. For this purpose, Aselsan Communication and Information (CIT) Sector developed an application during their CMMI v1.3 Level 3 certification processes to monitor their project's readiness level by customizing MS Team Foundation Server framework with TFS API and C# based DLL files. In this paper, the Project Tracking application is explained in details and sample project tracking findings are shared.
