SPEAKER PRESENTATION
Conference Track: Organizational Transformation and Improvement
Some organizations take two or more years to reach a CMMI maturity level, they believe improving process improvement costs too much. It is hard to get buy-in (software developers complain of bureaucracy or loss of creativity).
The trick is to implement a high-performance process from the start, then high maturity and capability will follow naturally.
The following presentation will describe how Blue People, an organization driven by Millennials, implemented TC-AIM (TSP and CMMI Accelerated Improvement Method) and through a rapid deployment strategy implemented CMMI, Agile, TSP and Six Sigma achieving high performance results on productivity quality and process adherence.
