E. Doug Grindstaff II has held several Senior Executive and Board positions in the Bio Tech and High Tech industries prior to his role with the CMMI Institute, including CEO of NuSirt Sciences, CEO-in-Residence for Carnegie Innovations Portfolio, and President of the Invisible Fence brand.
Doug additionally served as Chairman and President of Bioganic Biopesticide, where he oversaw rapid expansion into the retail marketplace, as well as the acquisition of the organization by a well-known consumer brands company.
Doug’s executive experience also includes private and public consumer brand companies, namely Kraft Foods, Inc.
