Based on the pillars of People, Process, Technology, this has helped the IT team for a Global bank's Internet Banking software to improve their product quality. Simple Innovative tools such as Employee Engagement Surveys (based on the Three Component Model of Commitment), Skill Matrix for Team competency, Value Stream Maps, Residual Defect Analysis and Automation (Tools) helped to reduce System Testing defects by 60% in the next 3 releases over 6 months. This framework is re-usable and has been applied in 6 programs with significant improvement in product quality.
